GI Aqua Tech Signs MoU with Sekaya Charitable Foundation at IDWS 2025

A Partnership to Expand Equitable Water Access

We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between GI Aqua Tech and the Sekaya Charitable Foundation during the IDWS Conference 2025. This collaboration is built on a shared mission: to expand access to safe, reliable water for underserved communities across the Kingdom.

Advancing Water and Wastewater Solutions for Communities in Need

Through this partnership, both organizations will work together to develop and deploy solutions that improve water quality, resilience, and long-term sustainability. The collaboration focuses on three key areas:

• Developing wastewater treatment solutions that deliver clean, dependable water to communities in need

• Transforming non-potable and rejected water streams into usable, valuable resources

• Introducing innovative treatment approaches for contaminated groundwater, enabling its safe return to the living water reserve rather than being discharged as waste

These initiatives aim to address critical gaps in water accessibility while supporting the Kingdom’s broader environmental and social development goals.
